PVC Pipe Caps

PVC Pipe caps are generally used with pressure piping and usually are mounted on the pipes to terminate the pipeline. These can always be taken off later to extend the pipeline.
PVC pipe caps have a socket to fit around the pipe making the connection leak-proof.

b. UPVC Plumbing pipe end caps
● White Color.
● This is a pressure fitting complying with ASTM D 2467 standard
● Available in Sch 80 system
● Sizes Available: ½”, ¾”, 1”, 1¼”, 1½”, 2”, 2½”, 3”, 4” & 6”

PVC Pipe Plugs

PVC pipe Plugs are just like caps but they are used to stop flow in the fittings instead of the pipes. As plugs go inside the fittings, they have male spigots to fit perfectly into any fittings like Tees, Crosses, or others.

Plugs find their use in drainage systems as drainage pipe plugs and sewer pipe plugs.

c. PVC Non-Pressure pipe plug
● Used for drainage (SWR application)
● Light Grey Color.
● This is a non-pressure pipe connector complying with IS 14735 standard
● Sizes Available: 75mm & 110mm

d. PVC UDS pipe plug
● Used for underground drainage application
● Golden Brown Color.
● This is a non-pressure fitting complying with BS – 1401 – PART 1 standard
