This is recommended Price List for Ajay Products

The Price and applicable discount may change without notice, Different across product categories shall apply

Price are Ex. Factory Hyderabad

GST will be charge extra as applicable

All other taxes, levies and duties in case applicable shall be borne by the buyer unless explicitly agreed otherwise

Freight and Insurance shall be charges extra

Payment must be made as per the agreed terms mentioned in the invoice or business/purchase agreement. Any delay in payment may attract interest or penalties as per company norms

All the transactions are subject to Delhi Court Jurisdiction

Standard delivery within a week from a date of receipt of technical & commercial clear order, Exact delivery time shall be communicated at the time of order confirmation. The company is not responsible for any delay caused due to force majeure events, transportation issues, unforeseen circumstances.

Claims for shortage or damages must be reported within 48 hrs of delivery

No goods will be taken for return

Ownership of goods remains with the company until full payment is received

Actual product may not exactly resemble the picture depicting the product

Official modeling shall be referred for information on Supply of Items

E&OE, no claims or liabilities may be held due to incorrect any errors or omissions in the price list and prior notice.

The Price list is confidential and intended only for the recipient, Distribution or disclosure without prior consent from the company is prohibited

WARRANTY: Warranty is only applicable against the manufacturing defects and if all the products are installed as per standard guidelines and usage. Also the warranty is not applicable if any other brand & products are used in combination with Ajay Brand.
